If your getting good pressure at the pump Then the next thing to check is the wall screen. It will be in the wall of the pool behind the quick disconnect fitting for the cleaner hose. My polaris booster pump does not run when turned

Inlet pvc pipe broke off and is in face. is pvc threaded or not?
Get a screwdriver (or something strong like that) that is the diameter of the pipe only. Water comes out of the tail of polaris 360, but tail does not sweep.
check the filter in the wall of the pool where the Polaris line hooks up, it got a small filter in it. you are running it on low-pressure that's why it not sweeping, could also be a plugged impeller on the booster pump.
