Put in new batteries and scooter will not do anything

It could that your potentiomenter is broken and would need to be replaced. simply removed the housings from both sides to get to the throttle part and check to see if the spring is not broken. if it is broken, simply remove old one and buy new one which should be around 60.00 and up in cost. can go to this website to checkhttp://www.monsterscooterparts.com/mobility-scooter-throttle-pot.html

I'm thinking it could be the motor it's self, I would check the simple things till i got to motor. I;m not sure how much you know about electric motors and how electricity works so here is a crash course.
Electricity wants to get from positive to negative via a load ( light, motor, anything that runs of electricity ) or a short ( a grounded positive before the load ). There are a few basic ways to control electricity, switches on/off, rheostats, relays. On/off is pretty simple it's on or it's off, a rheostat allows you to control how much from 0-100% like the control on your scooter or a dimmer switch in you house. Relays are switch that is turned on and off by another switch. Electricity makes heat, the more volts and or amps you have the large the wire you have to use I.E a small 9 volt battery has low amperage and dose not need a large wire. While a 12 volt car battery has a much higher amperage and needs a larger wire.
The heat that is made by the electricity makes resistances. think about walking in the water, if it's still you can move with very little trouble but if the water is running the harder it would be the faster the water moves. The more resistance the more heat and back and forth it goes. over time it can cause wires and contact points to wear out.
The motor has spins inside a case the " housing" the contact points are called brushes. The fixed to the housing and a winding of copper wire spins inside the brushes. they can wear out of time do to the consistent moving.
I would start by checking the hand control to make sure it is work as it should. A multimeter is what you use for this on the ohm setting.
The other part to look into is the battery you can take it your local auto parts store or battery warehouse to have it tested.
I hope I have shared some useful information with you. If you have any other questions or need help in testing you scooter please feel free to contact me via fixya.

My battery is full charge.when

According to the Owners Manual: Circuit Breaker (Reset Button)
Your scooter is fitted with the latest in electronic controls that are programmed to protect
the electrical system from abnormal overloads. Provided for extra protection is a circuit
breaker, located on the battery pack. Should there be a situation where your scooter stops
for no apparent reason, please check that the circuit breaker has not popped.

If you have misplaced your Owners Manual, here is a link to one. It may not be the exact model you have (as, your Model # was not recognized), but they all work pretty much the same way.

Replacement batteries

Hi,

That really sounds like the batteries need replacing but first check the battery connections.

Are you sure the battery charger is working correctly ?, can you try another charger ?

My scooter will not work when you select reverse ,

it sounds like the speed pot is faulty, or otherwise known as a wig wam,

it sounds like its worn or simply come loose, there should be a allen screw in the side of the throttle lever, when in central position , tighting up the allen screw .

Also check the connection between the pot and main board it plugs into.

Regards
Gewiz.
