There is an adjustment on the scale itself. Just set it to zero.

I have the 9876 also. After 2-3 yrs it quit. W/ new battery it does the walking o's, then ERR1. I opened it and found that it uses a strain gauge, read by an MCU. The wires leading to the strain gauge were crushed between the top of the gauge and the plastic top cover. If I wiggle the wires I get a reading , but inaccurate. Then when they lose connection, there's no reading. Considering the slop in the metal links to the strain gauge, I don't consider it repairable.

Normally you must "zero" electronic scales before each use. This is done by briefly stepping on the scale with one foot to make it turn on. After a couple seconds it should display "0" and then it is ready for you to stand on it.

If display shows 00 - it is Initialization error. To clearthis error, step off the scale. Press on the platform. The display will show"----, then "0000", and turn off. Finally repeat the measurement. Hope this will help you. Good Luck.

I have got 3 different chargers for my scooter. It's a Tifgalop T108. The charger light would stay green on the new chargers. My old one was the only one that was charging it. While I was replacing the charging ports, I came to find out that the negative wire is in a different location on the new ports. The negative wire was on number 3 on the old ones and is in number 2 on the new ones. After changing the ports all my new chargers work fine now.
