How long has it been like this?, if you leave it for a while, it should reset on its own generally.
If you press the right combination, it still won't work?
If you hold down all of the buttons, does that reset it?
Unfortunately, you are probably going to need a locksmith for this door if it doesn't reset after trying the above three things as this isn't a common problem at all with these locks.

I have forgotten my combination for my gun safe, can you help? It is a Sentinel gun safe.
If it is electronic, you can open it with a rare earth magnet.

If it is a traditional dial, you will need to contact sentinel, with the serial number, a cheque for $25 and a sworn affidavit that the safe is yours.
In cases where you think you can't remember a combination, it should be kept in your wallet and perhaps coded, add one number or 2 numbers to each of the numbers in the real combination.
