sound like a dead battery, or dirty / bad connection from battery- try jumping it with a car battery-- if that doesn't work, check battery connection, loose or corroded leads.. otherwise it is solenoid or starter or starter switch

I believe the charging circuit is part of the main controller board. The board controls the relay that cnnnect the battery to supply power for start and for charging. Check to see if the relay is good.

Unplug the oil sensor.
The oil sensor is located behind the oil filter. I unplugged the oil sensor and it fired right up. Plugged it back in and it runs fine.
It might be because it is cold.
I don't know why but I turned it off and it starts right up now.

The charger might be bad and you should get a new charger

there could be a couple of things wroung the breaker tripped have to reset the breaker the plug in went bad a wire came off or broke or the doid blew out you will need a meter to get in and check these out to see if any of these are bad most of the time it is a bad breaker that could be esily fixed or wire to the plug in either way they are pretty easy to fix.good luck

Was oil filter changed as well ? This may result in low oil pressure shutdown until filter is filled with oil. Is there a sump oil level sensor that has stuck when oil was drained and now causing a no oil shutdown ? The battery indicator may not be real if the battery is ok.

The problem with the repair service is another matter. Emergency generator and it's switch gear are there for emergency purposes. It has to be exercised periodically. The switch gear should have a toggle switch to simulate a power outage. the switch cuts power to the sensor sensing power from the utility company. This tells the switch gear that power was lost, start the engine and switch over to generator power. Run for a period where engine reached running temperature and switch back to stand by to shut down. Do this periodically, and be grateful the event was not a disaster. Check for igntition at the plugs, check power is going to fuel solenoid. If power is on solenoid check LP pressures and make sure it is opening. Be carefull LPV is dangerous any spark can cause a fire. Check to make sure the throttle is opening during cranking, if it isn't it's a control issue
