If that's it, try a Restart. You can do a Restart by touching the settings icon (right hand upper corner - three bars) and then
touch Settings. When the Settings screen comes up, touch the Settings icon in the upper RH corner again. A drop down menu will appear and Restart will be one of the options. Touch it and let it do its thing.. Be careful to touch Restart and not Reset which is right below it.

First Swipe downwards from the top side of the screen, second look for settings in the drop down menu and tap on it, third tap on wireless, fourth tap on Bluetooth, then make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled by flipping the on/off switch to the orange position and lastly if no devices are found then tap scan.
