Electronic Timer sticks on Wash Cycle
hi
Because the timer controls many operations, a faulty timer can cause many problems. The timer is a complex component, so you shouldn't attempt a do-it-yourself repair. Test the timer with a VOM set to the RX1 scale. To gain access to the timer, remove the front control panel. The timer is directly behind the main timer control knob. Disconnect one of the timer's terminal wires and clip one probe of the VOM to each terminal. If the meter reads zero, the timer is working. If the meter reads higher than zero, the timer is faulty and should be replaced.
If possible, use the same procedure to test the selector and cycle switches. The wiring hookup, however, may be too complicated to figure out on either of these switches. If you aren't sure you can deal with these switches, call a professional service person. Replace a faulty timer -- or a faulty control switch -- with a new one made for the dishwasher.
The timer is connected to several wires that supply power to operate the various functions of the dishwasher. To replace the timer, have a helper hold the new timer next to the old one. Connect the wires of the new timer one by one, removing the old wire and connecting the new, to make sure you connect the wires correctly. The wires may be friction-fit on the terminals. If they are, use long-nosed pliers to remove the wires. Don't pull up on the wires, or you may break the connection between the wires and the clips.
After connecting the wires, set the new timer in position, secure it the way the old one was secured, and replace the control panel and knobs.
Unit is dead
Its most likley that you will need to freplace the main control. I have run into that problem quite a few times, and by replacing the control solves the problem.

PROBLEM WITH WATER CYCLES MODEL SMI7056US

I'll check for resources for service information
Not Rinsing
By cleaning it out, you cleaned the bottom where the water is drawn in and food particles collect, right? Are the sprayer arms working good? The holes on them are not clogged with anything? How does the dishwasher drain? I mean do you have an air gap or does it drain directly into the disposal or sink pipe. Sometimes without an air gap, the disposal will send junk into the drain line if the check valve is not working properly, thus giving you excess food in the dishwasher.
Continuious Filling.
seems like the inlet solenoid valve is stuck in the partly open position. This happens when tiny particles become entrapped inside the valve even though manufacturers attempt to prevent this by installing a screen at the water connection. So one possible solution is to remove the valve and thoroughly clean it. I do this by actually disassembling the valve body. Usually it is a split-shell assembly with a rubber gasket at the split line. Just be careful and if you tear the gasket, it can be replaced with automotive silicone gasket maker (comes in a tube). Draw pictures of each step if you need reference for re-assembly.
Upper Rack
Contact Bosch and ask if there are any other rack configurations for this model. From memory I think there might be 1. I also remember that they made an insert to go into this particular top draw...check on that also

If you can make it run by holding the switch in, then the problem is with the switch, else it is almost certainly a control board issue, although it is probably worth checking all the connections to the control board/switch just in case.

Bosch dishwasher leaking on the back
AI Bot Answer Deleted.
In the base of the dishwasher above the floor there is a plastic tray that has a leak sensor. If you see water behind the machine than it means you have a 'spraying leak' as the sensor cuts off the machine as soon as it is triggered. It is likely to be a leaking hose on the pump. It can also be caused by the machine over-filling.
An E15 error code indicates that the safety switch has detected water in the base of the dishwasher. Your leakage protection system has activated. What can I do to fix the E15 Error Code on my dishwasher? Please turn off the water inflow and contact Bosch Customer Support for assistance.
