The e2 error is a generic error that the machine shows if it's been overloaded or if the load becomes unbalanced during a wash cycle.

to fix you must do a master reset of the washing machine.

1. Close the door and make sure the dial is pointing to the "OFF" function
2. Hold the Start/Pause button and turn the dial anti clockwise (to the left) to the "express 15 min" program at the same time.
3. Hold the Start/Pause button for a minute (the e2 message is meant to start flashing after a minute of holding the button down however with my washing machine this didn't happen)
4. Release the button and turn the dial back to the "Off" function.
5. Select any program and the message should not be appearing.

the electronics lock out during power surges like you would get from brush failure giving e 21 error. you have to access service test prog to reset this, and it is not in public domain.
i do know how to reset it though but difficult to explain on this forum you may find a you tube video if you search online.

Hi, I know it's kind of a silly thing but when loading the machine make sure nothing is jammed against the dispenser preventing it from opening. I've run into that a few times and people looked at me like I had two heads but when I showed up to look at the machine,it was loaded like thanksgiving dinner was just over. If that is not the issue then it's either the dispenser itself that is broken or it's not getting power from the board. Either problem will require getting into the door of the machine and running a test program. I would call a local appliance repair company as these tests require the machine to be powered up and specific tools. Hope that helps.

I have a Bosch 300 Series on a pedestal. Pull the drawer out completely and reach to the back of the slides, you will feel the plastic release. The left one presses up (pull the drawer a little While you press the tab up), the right one presses down (pull the drawer a little while you press that tab down). Now you can simply pull the drawer all the way out.

Check that the load is within the 6kg limit and not entangled into a ball, which will unbalance the drum. Separate the items and try again. I believe Bosch has a telephone help line.
