find the button that has a lock on it or beside it, push it in and hold it until it unlocks

Attach it to the ground wire.
What you have is a 4 wire circuit with a 3 wire appliance.

Try to press it 5 to 7 seconds

Press the 'Oven light' for about seven seconds this should unlock it...hope that helps

Turn off power to the cooktop (i.e., using circuit breaker if needed) for 15-20 minutes. Once turned power back on, problem disappeared for me. The semiconductor needed to be reset
