Try unplugging it and waiting a minute or more than plug back in. That should reset the entire appliance to be able to reset the clock. That's what I found from looking.

It's sounds like the thermostat or temp. sensor is no longer working. You'll have to determine which is the right part but here is a link for replacements. Hi there, if you have the tools open the back cover and look for the loose wire contact, sometimes you need to consider it at first,
Check the fuseable resistor, the value should be infinity when you read it thru a tester ,if not ,replace it with a new one.
Check the thermos sensor , it is attached near the filament if damaged, replace it with the same value. Hope this would help you. Thanks

Error - F41 Cause - • Upper (or single) oven motorized latch will not lock. • Defective or jammed upper (or single) oven door or latch switches. • Defective latch motor or its wiring. Corrective Action - 1. Check P4 connector on the Power Board. 2. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. 3. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. 4. Check P10 connector and check if latch motor wire is pinched to the appliance chassis. 5. If F41 persists, replace Power Board.

Check the thermostat checked by a competent engineer

If new unit be sure it is properly wired for 220 VAC.
