Touch TIME then the display will begin flashing timer
Use rotary knob to change this to CLOCK
Touch TIME again and it will say ENTER TIME with the time flashing
Use the rotary knob to change the time as required
Touch START and the time is now changed

looks as though youre circotherm element has blown (open circuit) you will need to remove oven and check with multimeter should read around 35-37 ohms on 2.5 kilowatt heater if open circuit will need replacing easy to do on most ovens and no too expensive around £30-£35 for element depends on model and output power.

hope this helps

Most likely part is the oven control board, it has relays on it . There is one stuck. IT is 2235 dollars to replace.

All you need to do is replace the oven door hinges. as the springs are weak.
It is a fairly straight forward repair to do.

Welcome to FixYa,

I'm looking at the diagram for your oven and I do not see a P17 connection, however you said it is a connection on a relay. Can you identify which relay it is connecting to i.e. K5, K3, K7 or K8 ?

K5 is the bake element or "DE" ( down ele. )
K3 is the convection element or "RE" ( ring ele. )
K7 is the inner broil element or "RE" ( internal up ele. )
K8 is the outer broil element or "EUE" ( external up ele. )

I should be able to help move you forward in this regard if you can clarify this matter. I'll watch for your reply.

If you mean the glass in front of the display and touch panel is smashed, you can buy a new glass panel, about $200, part 239424 (for a stainless oven), see bosch parts link below. Probably the electronic touch sensor board underneath is fine, but its basically glued to the glass panel so will be a bit tricky to peel off and re-glue to the new one.

If the oven is electric and fan assisted, then I would suggest that the oven fan element is faulty.

seems the oven was locked by the kids by mistake - found the manual and unlocked it.

I assume that you mean the circo therm element? If you do. Have you made sure that the wires that were connected are back on the same connections?
I believe, I'm doing this from memory, you should have two red/white wires they attach to one side of the element and the other wire to the other side connection.
Hope this helps

Certainly the hinge(s) are replaceable though while some are simple others are a major dismantling job - needing to take the assembly back to the point the hinges were originally fitted.
