Had a similar problem with my boiler. Turned out the blower was bad, was running too fast, and the system was shutting down with an error message. Was expensive to replace.
This is not a DIY you need to call for service. this is user non repairable and there is no magic mouse milk

I had the same problem. There's another clear rubber pipe underneath, that runs from the front right to a pump in the middle. I had to pull it off and dry it with a hairdryer before mine would light properly. Blast into the hole the pipe came off too to dry the sensor if there is one.
Go to the manufacturer's website and enter your model number and click on "Support" and there should be a FAQ's, Owners Manual or other support options for you. Otherwise the website may have a "Contact" phone number to call or a way to Chat online.
Search online for "appliance parts" and choose a website for that. You will be asked the model number of the heater and then a list of available parts will come up for you to choose from.
I order from RepairClinic.com or APDepot.com and they both often have a video of how to make a repair as well.
