Give it the old sniff test. If you smell something unusual coming from any of the vents, then there is probably a blown component. The capacitors on the power supply are a common failure point. If you don't mind opening it up and doing a visual inspection, see if you see any small tube like parts that are bulging or perhaps broken open. Obviously, only do this with the device disconnected from power. Speaking of power, double check that it's plugged in well and that other items plugged into the same outlet get power as I have had a surge protector where a single outlet stopped working.

I cant find any info on your computer, the company stopped trading in 2008, but you can use some software to check everything about your computer.
I use PC Wizard by CPUID, its free and will tell you everything.

The type of ram you will be looking for is DDR SDRAM (186-pin). Each stick can be around 128MB to 1GB. However, you should look inside your computer first to make sure you can upgrade it and know how many slots are available for you to upgrade. If you do have a manual, check the Qualified Vendor List to see if the memory sticks are compatible.

Ususally the vga or graphics drivers,lan drivers,chipset and audio drivers are enough. If you are using more than one harddrives in raid 0 or raid 1 then you will have to install the raid drivers too.

It does not appear as if that motherboard is still available for purchase. The only thing I can tell you to do is contact that Manufacturer directly and see if they can replace it. This will likely be very expensive though.

check to see if the radio card is turned on.

The only thing I can think of is you might hook up the drive as "slave" drive on a working computer and see if it will operate long enough to retrieve your data. But if the drive is dead you may have lost everything that was on it. There are services that do data recovery on dead hard drives but I'm sure it is expensive to have this done. This is why I always back up everything I do to a different device while I am working.

Hey, check for overheating you might require to switch the cpu cooler / clean it and add some thermal paste there. check that first, let me know

Go to Crucial.com and run the memory detection program. It will tell you the exact make.

CD s and DVD s have a tray that slides out of the computer. When you get the tray open place the disk (writing if any usually on the top) in the tray, and gently press it down so that it is held by the deice in the middle. Either the tray will withdraw itself into the machine after about 10s or gently pushing it towards the machine from the front will cause the tray to enter the machine. You would only be able to connect that to your TV if your TV has a VGA connector, (also called D-Sub.) There is NO HDMI or DVI connector on any 'flavor' of that model Motherboard.

Most modern desktops have more than one video port and not all are active all the time. Try using the other ports. If that doesn't work you might have a bad video controller. You can buy a replacement video adapter which will plug into one of your PCI or AGP ports. Make sure you know without a doubt what ports your have free before buying a card there are a lot of different ports. The manual is your best bet for knowing for certain what types of ports you have.
