It is possible the motor is seized or the pump component has jammed. The Honda Motor usually has an oil minder(wont start if low oil). So that being the case you may have a problem with the pump. If you are handy and have internet it is possible to download a parts/repair manual for the type of pump involved. Otherwise take it to a repair shop. Sometimes these pressure washers are more costly to fix as compared to a new one..

Your only limitation is some loss of pressure at the tip as you add sections of hose (most likely not too noticeable with 100'). Less expensive to add water supply hose if possible making sure that the unit gets enough water to keep the hose from collapsing. Good luck with your projects.

The hose going to the soap-intake has probably fell off and the ball and spring that should be inside the intake has fallen out.. Find them or buy new. I have the exact same problem.. :-/

Hello current... be sure to use the black low pressure nozzle to inject the chemical. The chemical injector will only work and open up when this tip is used and it will allow the pressure to drop to 250 PSI to draw the chemical up.

This is the formula to calculate the injection rate

(GPM x 128)/ounces drawn in one minute

For example:

If a 2 GPM machine draws 8 ounces of chemical in one minute the formula would be
(2 X 128)/8 = 32:1

Joe

Thanks for choosing Fixya!

Sounds like it could be just a main jet bloked in your lance. Please remove the jet and see if you have a good water flow when pressing the trigger.
