My pressure washer has lost pressure and has water coming out of a small outlet i assume to be a pressude release device;can this be fixed or replaced ?

that's probably the unloader valve all it might need is a quick dissasle to see whats gumming up the works , as all I was able to find for sale for that model here was a new gun and the soap injector for about sixty bucks each , you might have to look around in the Uk for one as that's were there most popular

S1600 Simoniz gun - I took it apart and I have a

There are no schematics available because the manufacturer doesn't sell parts for the gun. The spring usually goes right into the end of the hose, then the little bullet like valve follows. Did you know you can buy a new gun for about $22.00 Canadian?

I have the opportunity to purchase a used karcher kds 950 for fairly cheap he tells me the motor doesn't work if this is the motor does anyone know the cost and details to change the motor

The cost of the parts will break the bank and not be worth it. Can get new one with warranty for less money.

NT48/1 professional karcher not working. Changed fuse in the plug yet still not working. Replaced the filter. Still not working. Could be the motor not working?

Is the motor running? If not, did you check the starting capacitor? Did you check motor windings for continuity? Did the pump seize? Is electricity reaching the unit - wire ok?

On my Karcher 2600, I filled the detergent tank but as I was washing the bus none of it was coming out, it was still full when I finished, any suggestions Ted?

I see this lots of times , the detergent tank will only mt in the low pressure mode of nozzle , this is the only way a siphion will develop inside the soap tank and then high pressure can be used later to wrinse the item off well using just water

Where can I get a Karcher 410 spray nozzle (bit on end of wand) Karcher don't seem to keep such an old part.

Hi Stephen: Don't know where you are, but in my location here in Canada, the local LORDCO parts store has a large selection of pressure washer accessories. I'd suggest that you try to find a similar equipment supply retailer. Cheers

I was using the karcher with no problems, turned it off to shift the ladder, then it would not start again. Have tried several times since and still no go. Where should I start ?

I think there is hanging a by-pass (auto-stop) on lime after using it a long time can happen if after a long time before the first use the autostop or by-pass is a point where is placed mostly a microswitch that will standing in a open circuit state (activated and the spring is not strong enough to push the bypass back or i don know for shure if the material is ordinary steel or a phosphor bronze spring. but there is in much brands of pressure washers a lot of problems with that kind of technics if you use it not every 2 months 1 time then its giving problems the old models have a bypass only that the motor can run in non-load mode have the most pressure washers no problems, but there will be the problem with autostop / microswitch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bm5XoFrAHyE A bypass is by most pressure washers a plastic frame where is a microswitch inside look at this maybe you have luck if the spring is in good condition and only lime because the bypass have a broken spring most times the parts are expensive and in a complete cuff kit only , i am not a Karcher specialist only Kraenzle and Efco so i do not know how the service parts will going in your Country. succes

Karcher k1 leaking from inside casing.

The most likely issue, which seems to occur alot with karcher, is a cracked water pump. What happens is that as you release the trigger on the handle, the rise in pressure should cut off the motor, but as it also cuts off the water flow at the wand end and the motor spins a few more revs until it stops, then there is a huge pressure glitch which blows apart the weak plastic pumps that they use. Since the plastic cracks it is very difficult to repair and the only option is to go and buy another. BUT...this time tape up the trigger on the handle so it is always on and then it won't blow itself up. Just use the unit on/off switch to turn the motor on and off.

Karcher electric pressure washer help starting

The test / reset buttons are for a Ground Fault Interrupter built into the cord / washer. This device will help prevent deadly electric shock in the event of a malfunction - it is the same technology used in "GFI" electrical outlets located in bathrooms, outdoors, basements, etc. You should have this serviced - or replaced before using. Good luck!

Karcher Leaking from Back or inside...Help please

Karcher pressure washers are very sensitive to over-winter freezing. The plastic parts break, and you have to replace all of the leaking parts. You may be missing a locking tab, without seeing the thing apart next to the exploded parts view, it's really hard to tell. Search google for "karcher parts", and put in your model number...

Every time we turn our steam cleaner it trips our fuse board

The cleaner is using too much electricity. Since you did not post any information about what make and model it is, it could be a motor or the heating coil if it uses those. Another thing could be if you have it on a GFI circuit.
