I have a Lasco whirlpool spa SG72ACSK that is new
It is always possible to add a heater to any jetted bathtub at any time. What you need to find out that is if the tub is plumbed to each jet with rigid PVC pipe or flexible PVC pipe. If it is plumbed in flex pipe then the Tee heater will be easier to install however if it is plumbed in rigid PVC then I would suggest a inline pressure heater that you will install in the water line any place after the discharge of the pump. Here is a link to a

On off button is stuck
you will need to remove the trim ring around the button and gently with a very small object get it into the air button body and pull it up.
once the button is up you can take some emery cloth and clean around the button and the inside of the button body to remove calcium deposits which is usually what causes this to happen.
if you clean it up real good and then reassemble the button and it stays down again then I would suspect you will need a new air button. This means the bellows inside the button, which is what pushes the air through the air tubing to activate the pump, has failed and will need to be replaced.

Lasco whirlpool tub leaks. Water runs out on
Sorry, the tub will have to pulled out to find out what is leaking so it can be fixed. There is just no other way UNLESS you can open up the wall on the blind side of the tube. (but its probably and exterior wall...if the house is vinyl sided, it can be done. If brick, you'll have to pull the tub). If you just wanted to convert to a tub only, maybe Bathfitters has an insert solution...
How to clean jet on whirlpool tub
first of all you need to be draining the tub completely and removing any bath mats or items from inside. Fill the tub with hot water, ensuring that the jets are covered. You can use white vinegar, 2-3 cups of white vinegar directly to the water in the tub. Turn on the whirlpool system and run it for 15-20 minutes. While the jets are running, use a soft-bristled brush to scrub the jet openings and the interior walls of the tub. Drain the Tub: Refill the tub with clean water and run the jets again for another 10-15 minutes to rinse out any remaining cleaning solution. This should help. This is what I did with mine
