Nail gun will not fire green light on gas ok after drop on congrete floor
A quick diagnostic check. First remove gas cell press nose against solid surface to dispose of any gas that may be in chamber.
1. Insert battery - LED should flash.
2. Press nose against solid surface - LED should be lit permanently (if still flashing possible fault moulded circuit board or fan motor micro switch lever, if flashing red green high possibility motor fault). Listen to hear fan running if not heard fan blade may have fallen off motor.
3. While still pressed against solid surface press trigger and watch LED - LED should blink off then light again (may flash red on guns newer than 2006) If does not blink fault either Spark unit (controller) or moulded circuit board trigger micro switch. To test for LED blink again release pressure on nose then press again. The blink indicates that a spark has been sent to the spark plug.
4. If 1 to 3 are OK problem most likely gas related or leak in seals. Ensure driver blade not still forward a possible fault of sticking forward after being dropped is nose slightly bent this traps the driver blade when first fired and does not return. (jammed nail gives a similar fault.) If nose is the fault it will require a new sleeve.
The moulded circuit board is normally cheapest then spark unit and sleeve roughly about same price the motor is most expensive.
Hope this has been some help to you.
Why want my paslode shoot nails all the way
Did you adjust the depth piece on the front? You can move this piece all the way up to try to nail deeper.
Also, I have tried nailing two pieces of oak together with no luck. It leaves the 2-1/2" nail about 1/8 to 1/16" above the surface.

My paslode cordless framing nailer won't shoot? It has a loose o ring at the top
The most common issue is bad fuel. It doesn't matter if you just bought it, many stores don't rotate their stock - check the date stamped on the bottom of the cylinder.
The cylinder o-ring is generally loose fitting and the spark plug is very seldom an issue.
Is the green light on the handle flashing when you install the battery?
Does the fan run when you depress the nose?
Those answers will help narrow down your problem.
What would be the cause of my Paslode fan not working batteries are good
Not sure of the model you are asking about. Assuming an IM350 ( this step works on most models). Insert the battery, is the LED in the handle flashing? If not check for a broken battery contact or as some times happens the contact is pushed back. If it is flashing (REMOVE the gas cell) push the nose against a work piece. The LED should go solid green. If it goes solid green but the fan motor does not work a possible fault is the spark unit/controller. If the LED flashes red/green the chances are the fan motor is faulty. If the LED just continues to flash green this could be the fan motor micro switch lever not activating or could be the motor micro switch it's self. If you open the activation flap (where you put the gas cell) you should be just able to see the micro switch and lever. Whilst pushing nose against work piece try pushing micro switch with a screw driver, if motor operates the fault is probably the lever if it does not operate the fault probably is the micro switch and will require the moulded circuit board to be replaced. This can be further proved by removing the top part of the gun. Start by slackening the side screws at the rear (1 each side) then remove the 4 screws at the rear followed by the 2 screws going down at the nose. Lift off by raising nose then pulling forward. This should eliminate the possibility of bending one of the fan blades. Locate the micro switch lever, does the lever look straight from mounting loop to the end where roller is? If so, remove securing screw and take off lever. Now bend the end where the roller is up a little (IMPORTANT. Apply the bend where the lever narrows). This process becomes necessary because the location where the roller strikes the combustion chamber wears. If the motor still does not start the fault could be in the spark unit. While the nail gun is in this stripped condition it is worth checking that the fire sequence works. Mind your fingers, press the micro switch down and while holding it down squeeze the trigger you should see a spark at the spark plug. If you observe the LED it will blink when you squeeze the trigger. After the spark you will need to release the motor micro switch if you want to try the sequence again. (Worth noting you can check the trigger switch operation in the stripped condition, squeeze the trigger the motor will start). If whilst checking the firing sequence there is no spark and the LED does not blink then the fault is in the spark unit.
Can you replace the spark plug in a paslode nailer?
The spark plug is very rarely a problem - the most common issue from the details you described is a bad fuel cell. Check the date code on the bottom of the cell - it doesn't matter if you just bought it, some stores don't always rotate their stock.
Assuming the fuel is good then your problem is likely in one of two areas:
1) The trigger switch contacts (most likely) (the trigger switch is located in a circuit board assembly inside the handle on this tool)
2) A bad ESU (Electronic Spark Unit - black box located in the handle as well) (Not as common)
If you have a meter to check continuity you can test the switch quite easily, the contacts are exposed so you can see if it makes the circuit.
Beyond this I would recommend bringing it to a repair shop and having it diagnosed.

My nailer will not send the nail all the way in
Good morning
Daft though it may seem, is the depth of drive adjustment set correctly? If so then it could be either gas that is out of date or a fuel cell that has not been manufactured correctly. Just pop a brand new cell that is a genuine branded product and see if this cures the issue. If not, then take it to you're local repair centre.
Paslode 350 tell no light
If you have no light at all in the handle and you're sure you have a charged battery, then I would look at the battery contacts - that tool has the contacts molded into a circuit board assembly so if it is not obvious I would take it to a repair center to be diagnosed.
How to release the follower button on paslode
First the washer on the inside of the handle needs to be pryed off.
The button assembly is a push fit arrangement. Cut yourself 2 small timber wedges and knock them under the button on the outside of the handle, keep the pressure even and the orange pin will be pulled out.
Blinking red light
if you are sure that the battery has a sufficient charge and is working properly , then you have to replace the spark unit. its a small black box located in the handle they run about 60.00
