Dh25 the cooling coils get frozen, the appliance sill working even the canister is full.

The normal operating temperature is above 65 F. Much below unless specially designed for low temperature they will freeze up. They have a frost detector and will defrost but it is very inefficient and not practical. My experience they eventually form a block of ice on the coils. They heat the room in the process so in a moderate area they can raise the temperature and provide needed circulation. In the past where the temperature is cool I have faced the output into a corner, raised it off the floor and once the unit got started the heat created from the unit kept the air warm enough to avoid freezing up the coils. Always check for recalls. Some models have had problems and have been recalled. My unit, I don't know which one, seems to have a short circuit; it blows fuses.

if your unit is old enough to "not" have a gfci on the plug that goes in wall then im not aware it has any fuse inside it that could go bad , instead these rely on the homes proper electrical ckts to provide fuse/breaker functions that keep a fire from resulting if appliance overloads , now as for reasons of overloads these are many ! can be anything from water in the wrong place to a damaged motor inside

DeLonghi DD70PE Dehumidifier. Why does pump often stop working and F/P shows an error code until reset?

id be inclined to think that for some reason the pump is taking too long to pump tank out (or it thinks it is ) this would cause the fault you describe and the safety control shuts pump off for fear of a problem

How do I replace the frost guard switch

The frost guard switch is usually attached to one of the copper tubes on or near the evaporator by a little spring type clip. Without a model number I cannot look up a diagram, but you could google it. Most of the self contained freeze switch units that I have run into require them to get quite warm like 90 degrees F before they will reset themselves. Try a hair dryer on it to reset before buying a new one

Why ismy dehumidifier leaking water from underneath unit what to do?

You either have a loose hose or the sensor that lets it know it is full is not working and the catch bucket is over flowing.

Can it be used in toilet ? The walls are damp due to basement

It can be used in a bathroom in a safe place. It might taut of the bowel and drain traps but should not take any water out of the tank an air conditioner is a big humidifier so if you have an A/C you already have some moister being taken out. And a heating unit takes even more out then the A/C so I would say no problem.
