Cartier are known for not letting the spare parts become available .A generic crown can be fitted by a good watchmaker so it will work fine and look ok but wont be original.To get the original parts you will need to use a Cartier stockist.

Unless you have an acrylic lens you will not be able to buff out the scratch.
I recommend getting the lens replaced with a sapphire scratch resistant crystal. This will be a little more expensive but well worth it as far as maintaining the aesthetic beauty of your time piece.

you are correct, the cartier aviator glasses should have different serial numbers. Each one should carry a separate serial number from the others.

Maybe its an error from ebay, since its just a picture. Maybe if you order for the glass, the serial number might be different. It should be a graphical error.
