The "Young" model doesn't have temperature control, you just control cooking time instead. Timer: Digital. Does not turn machine off upon completion. You can detach the timer and carry it around the house with you. Runs at 220/240~50/60 in Europe Warranty: 1 year Other: Off/On switch at front controls upper heating element. The lower heating element (the Classic and Extra models) has its own on / off button at the front. Many users report that they find the machine very loud when in operation. Notes

• No need to preheat before beginning cooking;
• Users say that for each minute you want to add to the timer, you have to repeatedly press it;
• Pan has non-stick ceramic coating on it;
• Lid, paddle and bowl are removable for cleaning and are dishwasher-safe;
• You can add liquids (for risotto, etc) just respect maximum fill level.

Paddle notes

• When you switch on the oven with the paddle in, the paddle won't start moving right away, rather, it waits a bit for the food to start cooking before starting stirring [1]. Also the user manual does say, though it's buried: "Please note: To guarantee best results, the paddle begins to turn a few minutes after cooking begins.";
• Paddle continues moving when lid is lifted.

i don't know. i suspect there is a blockage in water line. please read owner's booklet to best do a cleaning.

If you have a self fill cup you can, use that empty, and run CLR or vinegar through it, then several pure water through it.Also there is this video.https://youtu.be/7-7mylcgVCk

I have the same problem. I think it's a factory defect. The descale button doesn't work, and it's never been descaled. I just leave vinegar in the machine overnight and run water to rinse it the next day. Vinegar is just dilute acetic acid. Citric acid works better than vinegar, but it's harder to find. It doesn't have the smell that vinegar does.

you probably have a problem with the flowmeter (one circular white, one hose from the tank enters the pump). You must remove the back cover of the machine and see them at the bottom left.
allow it to be opened by spraying and cleaning it.

Not clear if loss of steam to milk dispenser or milk dispenser itself clogged.

Try descaling again. Try running the vinegar through tbe machine about 1/2. Then stop tbe machine and allow additional time for the vinegar to work.

Also run a clean cycle using vinegar.

Also try disassembling the milk dispenser and clean manually.

Could it perhaps be a limescale indication? If so add descaller and hold start button for 5 seconds.

to me the pipe is blocked there is a tool to use to clean this pipe out, hard deposits in the water can block the steam pipe and the tool is a thin bendy wire that you put up the pipe to clean the pipe line out. i would think they sell this pipe in most out lets for coffee makers. check for coffee steam pipe cleaner.
