Noisy pump

Obviously, this unit has a warranty. Are you packing the coffee too tightly? Run the unit without any coffee and see if the vibration is still there. If it is, get it fixed. If not, modify what you're doing.

Hi, I live in Israel.

get in an electrician that you believe to trade qualified and have him check the wiring insulation and installation the RCD tripping can be a very small imbalance in the circuit , dead short or overload and not necessarily in the unit it could be in a problem wire in the power lead

How much coffee to add

Hi,
I like my coffee pretty strong and I use 2/3 cup coffee to 10 cups of water...
You may be able to use 1/2 cup to 10 cups if you don't want it too strong...
You must experiment a bit as different coffees will vary also...

Frothing arm produces a lot of hot water with steam

You probably are overfilling the steam reservoir. If the unit is showing that it has reached temperature, that is your likely problem.

Ok light does not turn on

If this is a new unit, you should return it. If you don't have that option, you'll have to open it up and tighten some screws that hold the wires into their respective barrier strips. Delonghi often doesn't tighten them quite enough. The unit will sort of work. The problem may be finding all the screws to remove to get in and that some of them are 'tamper' style. It is also possible that the temp sensors are not fitted right or are defective. Good luck.

Espresso

the filter has a little indent that must be placed correctly, if you put the filter in the holder and then rotate the filter you will feel it click into place when it is in the right position ( there is a gap for the indent at the front of the holder)

Delonghi Magnifca Evo doesn't show "add beans" error. It just continues with the process and makes a weak coffee or just pours hot water.

When was it last dealer serviced? These machines need a service every year. Of course they don't tell you that when you buy them! The hopper sensor needs cleaning or replacing. https://www.google.com/search?q=Delonghi+Magnifca+Evo+doesn%27t+show+%22add+beans%22 ..

Delonghi Ecam 23.450S heating up please wait

'heating up please wait...' and that's it, suggests a fault with either a sensor or a control board... and in today's market, who could ever guess which? I'm sorry this is far more philosophical than technical. I really hate to say this. Still, if any half-way modern appliance has given you 15 years' service, what more would you have expected? Traditionally, you would have taken any faulty gizmo to a local repair expert, who would have fixed it for a charge greatly less than any replacement cost. Today, it's almost inconceivable that the cost of even diagnosing, let alone fixing any fault would be comparable to the cost of replacing (whatever) with a new one.

De'Longhi PrimaDonna XS ETAM. It won't produce steam or take milk from the dispenser, but will make hot black coffee. Any ideas?

This normally happens because the milk supply tube is blocked with congealed, solidified milk. You will need to remove the tube and clean it manually. When you do cleaning, make sure you use a specialty milk line enzyme cleaner like Rinza. https://www.google.com/search?q=delonghi+primadonna+xs+not+taking+milk Steam Valve cleanup https://www.google.com/search?q=delonghi+primadonna+xs+not+producing+steam ..

I have a DeLonghi Magnifica coffee machine. The error code 'close door' does not go off even though the service door is closed.

There are some suggestions here, but not as much as I would like. you will probably need to take it to a service centre. These machines need regular dealer service as they are all very unreliable. https://www.google.com/search?q=DeLonghi+Magnifica+coffee+machine+error+code+%27close+door%27+does+not+go+off ..

The error code close door does not go off even if the service door was closed on DeLonghi Magnifica coffee machine

According to the De'Longhi UK website, the error message "Close Door" could be caused by two issues : The brewing unit is not installed properly in the unit. You can try turning the unit off, remove and reinstall the brew unit, and then turn the unit back on to see if it reset itself. The latch on the service door has coffee build up and is restricted from moving freely. Please clean the latch area and make sure the door closes. If neither of these solutions work, you may need to contact DeLonghi support for further assistance.

Delonghi magnifica evo never stops grinding coffee beans

Ground coffee beans can squirrel their way into hard to reach places in a grinder and cause problems. I think it is clogged with grounds. Remove the beans. Reseat the burr (grinder). Reset the adjustment ring to 3. Lock itin place with the silver handle. Reinstall the hopper and beans. Here is a tutorial on more advanced cleaning and maintenance: You can skip the ad. Delonghi Magnifica S 22.110 SB (brand new). Coffee comes out, but only a teaspoon quantity after hitting "2 cups long espresso".

Question edited for clarity. Question moved from Cars and Trucks. It shouldn't need calibrating from new, but yours does. These machines are born to fail as they are not commercial quality and need dealer service every 6 months. https://www.google.com/search?q=delonghi+22.110+sb+calibrate+quantity+of+coffee ..
