Could anyone tell me how to obtain the cleaning instructions for my DeLonghi Caffe Corso machine. I've no manual and the descale light has been on for weeks. Thank you

Hello, Esther - If you have not thought to go to the DeLonghi website, then, this is the link to the DeLonghi home page: https://www.delonghi.com/ There you can choose your language / country location. After doing that, click or tap on the Customer Support link (probably near the top of the page.) On the Customer Support page, you should find a link to Instruction Manuals. Click or tap on that link. On the Instruction Manuals page, there should be a search box for you to enter the model number, Caffe Corso. Do that and click or tap on the Search button. After doing that, you should see a link of manuals for your model. Note: The manuals will be in PDF format, meaning you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free) in order to download and save the manual to a computer or tablet and print later. Be sure to give the manual a file name you can find again easily . . . something like: DeLonghi Caffe Corso Manual. Best wishes.

My delonghi esam3300 can not make any steam or hot water. The heater still get hot. There is voltage across the solenoid terminals on and off when I flip the steamer switch. Solenoid defective?

First I'm not a Delonghi tech. But I have worked on similar table top "Super Automatic" machines. You should call your vendor for service as there is no customer serviceable parts in this machine. *** the following is for information only. *** * There are usually separate boilers for table top units. There is a pump and heater system for each section. (usually 2 for this type of machine. But there may be a third system if you have the Coco option. * Since each system is separate then your Latte/cappucino system has a problem. I will list the most common but all require a qualified service tech to repair/replace. (lots of small parts crammed into a very small space.) * Cap/Latte Membrane button not working. If it feels mushy (not like the other buttons) then the button panel needs to be replaced. * There is a CPU/PC board malfunction. Replace * There is air in the water line to the Cap/Latte system. Make sure the water tank is filled. Power down. Wait 10 seconds. Power back up. Press the Cap/latte button to start the pump. Watch the steam wand if water flows out. If it does, then wait 30 seconds and try again. should be steaming. * No steam or at least hot water? Just cold water? Then the steam heater and/or thermo-fuse, thermo-disk, needs to be replaced. * Got hot water but little to no steam? Then steam unit and/or thermo disk needs to be replaced. (best to replace both as a whole unit; tank, Heater, and Thermo-disk) * Heats up very hot but sputters water and steam. Clean steam wand and/or tip (if removable) If it leaks steam at the top of the wand near the body of the machine then the whole wand needs to be replaced. * Still sputtering? The steam system is clogging up. Call for service. * Final; I'm not a fan of de-scaling as it causes more problems for the machine. I've always found that using filtered water (bottled ok) is best. Water softeners if available is okay. BUT stay away from HARD water and Ultra Pure (100%) water as it leaches out the metal ions from the machine. Aloha, ukeboy57 P.S. Since you have already taken things apart, I'm guessing you don't mind jumping to the 'guts'. Your probably looking at a clog at the vibration pump all the way to the hot water (or steam) tip. It can clog anywhere there is water. It may even be the water hose (with filter?) or the water tank. Start from the tank and keep trying to get water to flow through each section. You will need power for this so be careful! There are a lot of you tube vids showing how to check the common vibration pump. Bring your reading glasses as it have very small parts (and don't lose the spring or the small ball!) Good luck! Aloha, ukeboy57

While making a lungo the coffee has only been giving me half the amount it would normally give and it's been weak and bitter. So I've descaled and nothing. So I descaled it again now I

When a coffee beverage has been prepared, the coffee machine also rinses the coffee lines before turning off.

Delonghi magnifica leaking water

First I'm not a Delonghi tech. But I have worked on similar table top "Super Automatic" machines. You should call your vendor for service as there is no customer serviceable parts in this machine. *** the following is for information only. *** * If your leaking at or under the water tank then check for crack or you may be missing a rubber seal, o-ring, or washer. Replace the whole tank as a unit. * If your leaking into the dregs or drip tray then there is a problem with the brewing system. Call for service. They may need to replace the brew valve or PC board. * If your leaking at the bottom, drip tray, or side only when the pump buzzes (pumping water) then there is a cracked or disconnected hose line or fitting. Call for service and replace. * If your leaking when the steam wand is in use then there is a similar problem with the 2nd pump system. Call for service and replace. * If your leaking liquid coffee into the dregs tray or drip tray. Then you have a worn or missing group gasket(s). Call for service and replace. (you may find gasket kits from Amazon.com or online.) * Final; Leaking water and electrical equipment is not a good idea. Best to be safe. Unplug and call for service. Aloha, ukeboy57

I need a service manual for my delonghi easam2600

Hello, Gintautas -Clarification: Are you seeking a service (repair) manual for the Delonghi Caffe Corso ESAM 2600?I finally found an English language owner's manual online. In case you can use the owner's manual, this is the link to the PDF document (Adobe Acrobat Reader software) which you can download, save to a file in your Documents folder (giving the file a name you can find again easily), and print for easy reference:http://documents.4rgos.it/v1/static/9062135_R_D001The user manual lists 3 Delonghi machines: ESAM 2200, ESAM 2600, and ESAM 2800.Knowing that the user manual covered more than one model of machine, I searched more broadly for a repair manual and found one (in Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish.) It covers ESAM machines in the 2000 series as well as others. The link is through this web page:https://elektrotanya.com/delonghi_esam_series_service_info_italy.pdf/download.htmlIt is a PDF document, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free.) On the web page cited above, scroll down the page until you see these words:This file is downloadable free of charge: Get Manual Click or tap on the Get Manual link. Chose to save the file (and give it a file name you can find again easily) or first open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader software (you can then save the PDF file to your computer and your Documents folder) and print the manual later.Best wishes.

I am house sitting and do not know where Delonghi Perfecta Cap. machine's grounds container is located? indicator says to empty now...

Hello, Jean - Delonghi makes a number of different cappuccino machines. If you had stated the model number of the machine, I probably could have found you the manual for the homeowner's machine online. I found a user's manual for the Delonghi ESAM5500. The manual has an illustration which shows where the grounds container for that machine is located. If the homeowner's cappuccino machine is not an ESAM5500, the grounds container for their machine may be in a similar location. This is the link to the user manual for the Delonghi ESAM5500: http://kavegepbolt.hu/shop_ordered/9160/pic/Saeco/DELONGHIESAM5500.pdf It is a PDF document, so you will need Adobe Reader software (free). Page 17 of the manual talks about how to clean the machine, including cleaning the grounds container. In the instructions part A9 (which is illustrated on Page 3 of the manual) is identified as the grounds container. Just to be sure, if you can contact the homeowners, do so and ask them where the manual for their cappuccino machine manual is located, so you can refer to it and so that you do not accidentally damage the machine. Best wishes.

My Delonghi ESAM 5500 infuser is stuck in the up position. Is there a reset sequence by pushing the buttons on the display?

Maybe this will help, if you haven't cleaned it before: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PlzebYaMEI
