Hi sir 1) Please open the covert where the main motor is, disconnect the connector from the Incline motor. 2) Turn On the treadmill, and see what happen. 3) If the problem does Not appear , is indication the controller motor board is defective. Since the controller motor board has 3 power supply: 1) Console 2) Main Motor 3) Incline Motor. Hi sir Please review if the 1)outlet is Off, put some lamps and test if o.k 2) if is o.k test the c.breaker or fuse in the treadmill. 3) if are o.k See if the Red Led in the controller motor board is ON you must need to open the covert where the main motor is. 4) if the Red Led is ON, and the machine NOT work, test with a Multimeter or DMM, if there are Voltage in the terminal marked: + - are the wires for to feed the DC motor. if there are Not TIME TO replace the Controller Motor board. I don’t know what your problem is but it’s not the wiring.

Open the cover from the main motor. See if the drive belt is o.k ? or is loose or is Bad? If the drive belt is o.k You must sure, the Feed wires for the motor are very tight from the terminal Control Board Motor, and then use Electronic Cleaner Contact for the Control board Motor. This cleaner make a good job, for cleaning the corrosion, dust or other situation in the board. If ater cleaning the board , the problem persist, Take out the Brush in the main motor and see if there are o.k-cleaned? or Wear. Looke for some wires loose in the control board motor, and tight very well. Most of the main motor has thermal switch inside look if the wires are loose? Tight it.
