Unplug unit and remove motor shroud if you are savvy with a multi meter then try these trouble shooting procedure:
Perform and elevation calibration again, On the display, can you see numbers counting down and up and the treadmill is going up and down? If yes then the unit will proceed to work, if no when power is on, check on the lower board, on connector J5, do we have 5V DC between pin 1 & 3? If yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 5 & 6, on the lower board, do we have 120V AC when treadmill is going up?
If Yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 4 & 6, on the lower board, do we have 120V AC when treadmill is going up?
If Yes During Calibration, J5, between Pin 2 & 3, on the lower board, do we have DC voltage varying from 1.15 to 3.00? If any of the above is no then then the lower board will need replacing if all is yes then elevation motor needs replacing.

It sounds like it is set to read kilograms instead of pounds,check your manual to set the treadmill to english instead of metric

in the back of the manual, it describes the adjustment for this. on the end of the platform (near where your belt is crooked) there is a hex nut. the manual says to turn the machine off before adjusting, i find it is much easier to do while the tread is still moving. turn it about a quarter or half turn one way or the other until the tread is aligned.

Hi, Most all treadmills use the same type of belt tracking, which is an allen screw adjustment on the rear tension bar. One on either side. You should have been provided an allen wrench with your treadmill, if not then use one of your own the proper size. Make the adjustment with the unit running at its slowest speed. Clockwise tightens the tension and will draw the belt. Good Luck, this should Fixya!

From the manual: Troubleshooting Symptom: The walking belt slows when walked on a. If an extension cord is needed, use only a 14-gauge general purpose cord of five feet or less in length. b. If the walking belt is over-tightened, the treadmill performance may decrease and the walking belt may be permanently damaged. Remove the safety key and UNPLUG the power cord. Using the 3/16" allen wrench, turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise. 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each side of the walking belt 3-4 inches off the walking platform. The center of the walking belt should just touch the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert safety key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened. c. If problem persists, contact customer service.
