proceed according. God bless youDescriptionThis error monitors the treadmills power bit reading. Power bits indicate the relative time that themotor controller drive circuit is turned on. Therefore power bits is an indication of the amount ofpower the load is demanding from the motor controller. The treadmill software sets a maximumallowable power bit limit. Error 25 indicates that the maximum power bit limit is being exceeded.Possible Causes1. The running belt and/or running bed is badly worn.2. On treadmills utilizing an SCR motor controller, a leaky or shorted drive motor filter capacitorcould raise the current demand sufficiently to cause the error 25.3. On treadmills utilizing an SCR motor controller, a leaky or shorted drive motor inductor couldraise the current demand sufficiently to cause the error 25.4. A shorted or de-magnetized drive motor is causing the high power demand.Possible Remedies1. A clamp-on A.C. ammeter must be used to determine the amount of A.C input current beingdrawn by the treadmill under no load and loaded conditions. The current readings can beused to determine the condition of the running belt and/or running bed. These same readingsshould be taken on a similar unit with a known good running belt and running bed. Thosereadings can then be used as a benchmark for future use. Replace the running belt and/orrunning bed as required. Remember, many running beds are double sided and the bed canbe flipped over rather than being replaced.2. A clamp-on ammeter should be used to measure the A.C. input current at no load. The filtercapacitor should then be electrically isolated from the drive motor circuit. The drive motorleads must be kept intact so that the drive motor will operate with the filter capacitor removedfrom the circuit. The no load A.C. input current should be measured again, if the A.C. inputcurrent is significantly lower, replace the filter capacitor.3. Use the same procedure as in step 4 above, except remove and isolate the inductor from thedrive motor circuit instead of the filter capacitor.4. A known good drive motor must be substituted for the existing drive motor.

Unplug your unit remove the motor shroud then plug unit in now on lower board their should be some LEDs Get on the the unit and with one of your feet push the belt now one of those LEDs should flicker this is tell you that the speed sensor is good. Now with you feet on the side foot rails hit start you should see another LED flicker this is your PWM this signal tells that the upper console and cable for the most part is functioning. Now if the belt at this point If you have a multi-meter put in on dcv 100v connect where the 2 leads coming from the motor and see if there is any dc voltage generated. If the motor is still not moving last I would check is the motor itself unplug the unit take the motor leads off connect your meter lay the meter down where is completely visible, get back on the the unit and with one of your feet push the belt now you are generating dcv for all intensive purposes the if is reading then the motor is good Replace Lower board if motor iis not reading replace motor

From the manual: Troubleshooting
Symptom: The walking belt slows when walked on
a. If an extension cord is needed, use only a 14-gauge general purpose cord of five feet or less in length.
b. If the walking belt is over-tightened, the treadmill performance may decrease and the walking belt may be permanently damaged. Remove the safety key and UNPLUG the power cord. Using the 3/16" allen wrench, turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise. 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each side of the walking belt 3-4 inches off the walking platform. The center of the walking belt should just touch the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert safety key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.
c. If problem persists, contact customer service.
