If you are in the UK, contact Dualit, who even though they have stopped making espresso makers, apparently stock a good range of parts - and also offer a repair service.

Dear Greengirl, I am have the same problem with my machine, and the problem is the o rings, they will need replaced. I have tried to source the o rings here in Dubai, but no joy. Dualit in the UK should have the spares. unfortunately they wont send them outside the UK.

Thanks a lot 20pence! - i removed the disc as described, cleaned it and this solved the coffee flow problem - I also had a problem with hot water coming down the steam pipe even when the valve was closed - presumably the disc was so clogged, the water was forced back down there. After cleaning the disc this does not happen - thanks again - good advice

The Caffitaly Machine Beeps when it needs Descaling...the reduction in the water flow is an indicator that your machine badly needs this maintenance procedure to be completed. Refer to Page 15 of your User Manual.
