Queries

You could use a dishwasher if you remove the glass panels. I would be leery of breaking the glass panels. They are not cheap, be careful.

remember to set the time of day on the clock it wont work until you do.if you have done that then it could be clock relay contacts that are faulty.

Most likely problem is the the oven element short circuited which caused the fuse to blow. When power is restored everything generally works except for the element. If you check the element you may find a blow hole in it.

that was your element burning out. you can change it from inside the oven but be carefull not to lose the wires. if you do you have to take the oven out to reconnect them

Heard a pop/bang and now no heat

Hello,

It would seem that the ring element surrounding the oven fan has burnt out and will need replacing.If you are good at D.I.Y Then you would be able to replace yourself as long as the power is off.The part no. for new element is 3117704001 and costs € 26 Euros in Ireland.

Sounds like the oven element has blown.
To fit a new one, remove cover at rear of inner oven compartment, there you will see the round fan element.

I would suspect the oven thermostat, sounds like it was over heated and unsoldered itself. 60/40 solder melts at 218°C which is 425°F.
