Battery #for a colibri pocket watch
Tip & How-To about Watches
Changing Watch Batteries
Lots of posters ask "what is the battery in my (name of watch)" with a view to changing it yourself. This is a bad idea for many reasons. You don't have the tools or knowledge to remove a rotary screw on back, or the gasket sealant for a waterproof watch. Some fashion watches have 4 traditional screw and need professional grade jeweler screwdrivers. Also, there are about 20 batteries commonly used in watches, in various sizes and internal technology, Lithium Ion, Silver Oxide and Manganese Alkaline. If you buy them, you generally have to buy 10!
Don't sweat the details. Just take the watch to your local jeweler. They have all the batteries at hand and the tools to remove the back. It is done whilst you wait for $8 to $15!

Battery required for colibri lasertron
This lighter would normally use a CR1240E-T lithium 3 volt battery. If you still have an old flat battery, it can be charged if you know what you are doing. OK, so you don't have an old battery, so there are 2 types of battery that you can use to sort the problem. A lot of advice out there suggests using a CR1225, with a little packing to make up for the lack of thickness, this I have found barely works, as the capacity is so low to start with. And now for the real solution........ I use two silver oxide 391 batteries (11.6mm X 2.1mm @ 1.55volt each). With bits of paper to insulate the positive poles from shorting, and more paper to insulate the screw down cover from touching the top battery. The whole thing takes only a couple of mins, and you'll have months worth of bright red light and powerful sparks. Good luck John P.

How to place the lead refill in the pen
what kind of pencil is it? you can usually pull the eraser out and drop the lead in. but if worse comes to worse just hold down the button to release lead and put your refills through the business end.

My colibri pocket watch that
If you want to do this yourself, on the back of the pocket watch if you look at the seam going around the back, you will see a little notch. With a solid knife ( a pocket knife will suffice) take the edge of the knife and put it in that slot and pry up. The back should come right off. The battery probibly will be a 371 which will be covered a little with a piece of metal with a liitle hole in it. Take a tweezer ad GENTLY pull the metal piece away from the battery, and the battery shoul pop out a little. After you do that take the new battery and go backwards from how I told you to take it out. When putting the back back on just press with your hands and it should just snap back on. If you still have problem please let me know and I will be glad to assts you futher.Good luck!
