Downloading Music to MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer,you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.

BIG WARNING: DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
ONE MORE BIG WARNING: BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DELETE THE FILES NEEDED TO OPERATE YOUR MP3 PLAYER.

You don't have any problem. Don't bother about your downloader as long as your computer can recognize your mp3. If you have your mp3 songs on your computer, just copy from your computer and paste on your mp3 and there you go. Goodluck.

As I understand it, you have recorded some audio using your MP3 Player but the recording does not play in the computer.
Try to download and install VLC player from this link http://vlc-media-player.en.softonic.com/ and open the recorded file with this program.
If it still cannot be recognized, try XP Codec Pack with MEDIA Player Classic http://www.xpcodecpack.com/download
The recorded audio file is not being recognized by the computer because the "codecs" necessary to decode the audio file is not yet installed in your computer. The 2 free programs above installs the codecs and has it's own player to play your recorded file in the computer.
You do not need to install anything in your mp3 player.
If the above solution will not work, provide me with the file type of your recorded file so that we can find a matching codec for it or in worst cases, find a converter to that it will be recognized by your computer.

Resetting this unit will require you to plug in the gadget to your computer. Please folliw this procedure. Connect the MP3 with the Video Player using the USB port to your computer. Open or Double click "MY COMPUTER" file from your desktop main window screen. Highlight "Removable Disk" by clicking on it only 1 time. Do not double click. Click "File" from top menu to open the drop down box and click on "Format". A new window will open. Make sure default under file system shows "FAT" then click "START" button.

Note: in performing the reset. all data inside the gadget will be deleted.

Yes,if you have one that fits. I use one for an iPod that has a built in USB port and use the USB cable that came with my player.

I am not familiar with this particular model, however most basic MP3 players have their own way of accessing files. It should be universal across most, if not all. If you transferred your music by dragging and dropping folders onto the player, you might try just dragging the individual files. If you have just dropped only the files (not in the folder format) and it is doing this, try reformatting the player with the provided software or in the internal menus. Then try reloading the music as I previously described, just the files only not in any folders or sub folders in Windows. I cannot stress enough the importance of making sure you have the music backed up on your computer or another hard drive completely separate from the MP3 player. If you format the player all the music and any files you have stored/saved on it will be wiped clean and you will lose that stuff forever if you have not backed it up.
