have you tried removing the battery?

most probably, your phone software crashes or corrupted. we can do nothing about it unless we have a special gadget used to fix mobile phones and buying it cost so much for that purpose only.

To save time and money, I recommend to have it reformat at your nearest service center or dealer if it still has the warranty or to trusted mobile phone repair shop.
