There are many ways to unlock a phone. You can cancel blocking the use of software or hardware or by code. if you ask me, the codes are the best way to unlock it. Unlocking by code is the best and easy way to unlock any phone. I have unlocked my phone through this method. You can either get the code from your service provider or other service providers. Initial code from your service provider can got only if your phone is within 6 months. I have the code from a third party Mobile-Unlocker for my mobile phone provider is much older.

Try to check your phone memory if there's still available memory and sufficiency to save a photo. delete some unused data or file to save space and to be able to operate any other phone features. also check the memory card if still have a space to save data.

If the above method doesn't work,try to reset your phone by going to setting and choose reset factory settings,and if ask for a code,the default code will be 0000.

basically,check the battery or try another battery to test if that's only problem.you might been using for along time or might be overused that causes drained. also check if its charging or not using a new battery.

it doesn't work,if the phone is still on warranty,just bring it to the service center for free service,might the software crashed due to full memory and with this,the phone should be reprogram.
