I am having the same problem and based on the other posting on this site it appears a lot of people started have this problem in the last couple of days. Please let us all know what Verizon tells you.

hi chris red420 first take the back off the phone. next take the battery out of the phone.Next you will need to do *228 send. Next hit option 1 and let the phone reprogram it's network. After it says reprogram successful. You need to send a txt message from your phone # to your phone#. If none of this works there is an option in the lg menu under security. You will have to go through the tools setting to get to the security settings. You will need the lock which is the last four digits of your phone. go to factor reset not phone reset phone reset erases all of your information off the phone. contact your service provider for internet settings.once you get it save/install it.after this you will be able to use internet on your phone.Goodluck

reset your internet and then reset the phone itself ..... its worth a try

Hopefully replacing the screen will fix your problem.

If you need to update your phone that number is *228 send option 1 the system programs your phone on its own. Hi chris red420 you may not have any memory left on your phone either. This could be another reason. How many pictures and videos do you have on your phone.If you go into the tools &settings menu. Next you scroll down to the memory settings. Next you go phone memory. Hit the memory usages next you will see how much memory you have left on the phone. You will see the total memory. HI Griggskentor do you have a SD card. You will need the micro version. Plug that into a memory card reader. Next you will plug the reader into your usb port. You we will use your computer as a cd player. You can copy all the cds on to a file and copy the file on the micro SD card. This is the easiest way to get music on your phone. sounds like the battery is fried. pull out the battery and look at it from the side. if it looks swollen its bad. you can also squeeze it with two fingers if it soft and spongy its bad. if noe of this is wrong its most likely the phone
