There were a few different versions of the Nextar M3 - here is a link to the manual for the regular M3, but you may need to peruse Nextar's website if you have a different variant. Also, there is a hardware and a software manual for each - this is the hardware manual link:

depending on what kind it is
but mine i tap on where to on the menu and it brings up some selection picture
and i go to my location click on it then it brings up three selection .
at the very bottom it says set home click on thatask 3 question
you click on yes enter my address and you follow the instruction and save it.
