Kenmore HE2 Plus Front Load Washer - Page 9 Questions & Answers
Machine stops after wash cycle will not drain and shut down.
Either the pressure switch is not operating as it should, or if it is, then the timer is not advancing as it should.
Pressure switches can fail as with any switch, but one must always check the pressure switch hose for blockages or air leaks first, as the Pressure switch will only operate if the hose is airtight.
Once these two things are checked, then comes the Timer. Repairs of this type can be costly, so be sure you feel that the age of and condition of your appliance justifies that kind of expense to you before proceeding.

My washer will start & then stop. F-20 appears on screen
Most likely there is a bunch of stuff in the drain filter. Remove panel below door. The drain pump is in the front on the right and has a trap you can remove (be ready with a bucket to catch some water). If you have never cleaned the trap/filter and the washer is more than a couple of years old, I'll bet this will solve your problem.
