Samsung SCX-6322DN All-In-One Laser Printer - Page 9 Questions & Answers
My Samsung SL50 digital camera will not turn on, it is fully charged. I want it fixed, How?
What do you mean by ' brand new'? If it is less that a year old it may still be covered by a warranty so go back to the store you bought it from and see what they can do. How long is it since you last used it? If you've haven't used it for a few months a battery can get 'old' and struggle to hold a charge even if the display says it's fully charged. Did you store it with the battery still in it? This can flatten the battery faster and in some cases cause issues when trying to recharge it.
Do you get anything when you try to power it on or is it "dead"?
You could consider buying a second battery and trying that. I think they are reasonably cheap (around £15) including the original Samsung brand battery. This would give you a spare to use as well.
Try removing the battery from the camera and checking it looks OK. Using a DRY Q tip (cotton bud) clean the battery contacts and CAREFULLY clean the ones inside the camera as well. They should be clean and shiny, no dust, dirt or fluff covering them. Making sure it is the correct way around refit the battery and retry to turn it on. I think these batteries are shaped so they will only go in all the way one way around.

Samsung Xpress m2070 system initialize error
The system initialize error is typically caused by a firmware issue or a hardware problem, such as a malfunctioning sensor or motor. Here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the error log: The M2070 printer has an error log that can help diagnose the cause of the system initialize error. To access the error log, go to the printer's menu and navigate to "Maintenance > System Data > Service Report." Look for any error codes or messages that may indicate the cause of the problem.
- Perform a firmware update: The latest firmware update for the M2070 printer can help resolve any known issues with the printer's firmware. To update the firmware, visit Samsung's website and download the latest firmware for the M2070 printer. Follow the instructions provided to update the firmware.
- Reset the printer to its default settings: Press and hold the Stop button on the printer for about 10 seconds until the printer restarts. This will reset the printer to its default settings and may resolve the system initialize error.
- Clean the inside of the printer: Open the front cover and remove the toner cartridge. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe any dust or debris from the inside of the printer, particularly around the paper path and rollers. This can help resolve any issues caused by dirt or debris interfering with the printer's operation.
- Check the printer's hardware: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with the printer that requires professional repair or replacement. Some common hardware issues that can cause the system initialize error include a malfunctioning sensor, motor, or control board.
Samsung CPL-325 Print Problem
It sounds like the print quality issue you're experiencing with your Samsung CPL-325 printer may be caused by a few different factors. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the problem:
- Check the toner cartridges: The first step is to check the toner cartridges to make sure they are not empty or low on toner. If they are, replace them with new cartridges. Additionally, make sure that the toner cartridges are installed properly.
- Check the drum unit: The drum unit is responsible for transferring toner to the paper during the printing process. If it is dirty or damaged, it can cause faded or streaky print quality. Try cleaning the drum unit with a soft, dry cloth or replace it if it appears damaged.
- Check the paper: Ensure that you are using the correct type of paper for the printer. Using paper that is too thick, too thin, or too glossy can cause print quality issues. Try using high-quality, recommended paper for your printer.
- Check the fuser unit: The fuser unit is responsible for fixing the toner to the paper. If it is dirty or damaged, it can cause print quality issues. Try cleaning the fuser unit with a soft, dry cloth or replace it if it appears damaged.
- Check the transfer roller: The transfer roller helps transfer toner from the drum unit to the paper. If it is dirty or damaged, it can cause print quality issues. Try cleaning the transfer roller with a soft, dry cloth or replace it if it appears damaged.
- Check the print driver settings: Make sure that the print driver settings are configured correctly for the type of paper and print quality you are using. Adjusting the print quality settings may help improve the print quality.

Samsung ML-1915 red light flashing, still have 10% toner left, redistributing doesn't seem to help
The red light flashing on your Samsung ML-1915 printer usually indicates a toner error. If you still have 10% toner left, it's possible that the toner cartridge is not making good contact with the printer, or it could be a problem with the toner sensor.
To resolve the issue, try the following steps:
- Remove the toner cartridge and gently shake it to redistribute the toner evenly.
- Reinstall the toner cartridge and make sure it is securely in place.
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on.
- If the problem persists, try a different toner cartridge and see if the issue is resolved.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it's possible that the toner sensor or the printer itself is malfunctioning. In this case, you may need to contact Samsung for further assistance.
