Alignment is off on all
The two (or 3) wheels that "pull" the paper into the paper are not working "together".
Thus, the paper is "skewed" when it is passing under the ink-jets.
Take the printer to a qualified technician, to check those rollers.
HELP ERROR 344
Welcome to FixYa!
There are 4 reasons for Error 344 to occur when sending or receiving afax.
1. The remote machine failed to respond to a fax command from the local machinebecause the connection was interrupted. These errors can occur if the phonelines in the area to be faxed are old or there is noise (static on the phoneline). Other reasons can include power outages and other power-relatedproblems.
2. The call-waiting service can cause this error. The click, heard for anincoming call, is actually a momentary disconnect of the line.
3. The remote user pressed the Stop key while the reception was in progress.
4. Under rare conditions, incompatibility between the two machines might causethe remote machine to abandon the call.
Solution 1
Try to send a fax at a different time when telephone line conditions haveimproved.
Souliton 2
Try sending at a lower transmission speed.

Hello and Welcome
If you are facing this error their may be small bit paper jam in side
There are some "micro-sensors" that detect a paper jam. There will be tiny piece of paper, or a lump of dust, inside those sensors, thus "tripping" the sensor and saying you paper jam.
To solve it
Open printer cover and check to make sure no paper or foreign objects obstructing the printer feeder
If you become sure that now really there is no paper, dust or foreign objects then
Turn the printer off, and disconnect the AC power-cable. Open the printer cover & now give the printer a "blow-job" by compressed air.
After it if still you have error then it is probably that your Canon printer is in need of servicing by a service professional.

My printer is printing blank
Either:
* empty ink cartridges
* clogged ink-jets, such that no ink can be sprayed onto the paper
Use the HP software to check the ink-levels in the cartridges.
Run a few "print-head-cleaning" cycles. If still no output, then replace the ink-cartridge(s).

My HP J4680 printer is saying it has a paper jam
Very often paper gets stuck in the rollers up in the machine that you cannot see, but is enough to block the paper sensor. Some HPs have a panel on the back so that you can get to the rollers another way. You may have to take the cover off, but there is a small piece jamming things up.
I get a communication error
HP has particluar issues relating to install. Essentially you cannot use plug and play.
Here is what I would do, totally uninstall the printer. Then go to HP.com and download the correct install program for yoru printer and OS. Follow those directions exactly, specifically when to plug in the printer.
If issue remains, contact HP boys directly, via chat and they can straighten you out, usually for free.
