Changed ink cartridges and light wont go out saying its still empty graham

could be an issue with the system drivers .. if outdated .. they wont be able to recognize the change.. else it could be faulty cartridges .. try cleaning the copper head and reinstall .. if that does not help .. then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help

I just bought all new Epson cartridges and now my printers says "It doesn't recognize the cartridges

take them back to the place you bought them,if they are original epson cartridges,they should work,not if they are refilled though

Cx4200 does not print black

If the nozzle test doesn't print black, then no black ink is flowing. Run a "head clean", and do the nozzle check again.

Have just installed new ink to my Epsom Stylus sx215 but wont print, just blank pages

Do a "nozzle check". Do you get anything? Did you remove the tape pull-off tabs that let ink flow? If you get nothing or very little with the nozzle check, and you did remove the tabs. do a "head clean" and try again.

Fix printer that stopped working and all the lights came on

Re my problem with my epson printer: I found the problem, one of the spring loaded plastic things, located below the round rod that the print head assembly travels on has a broken latch. This allowed the plastic thing to move forward and block the print head assembly. I was able to push the plastic piece and it's spring back into place, then I wedged a toothpick inside the coil portion of the spring and the metal tab that supports it. It has ben working for over two weeks now. Jim R.

How do you change colour cartridges

Go to epson.com and download the manual for your Epson Stylus. The instructions vary by model. Printers can be damaged by improper procedure.

Epson stylus c88 red ink prints yellow

print a check of the nozzles, and check what colour (magenta) is not working. If the cleaning part does not help, perhaps you should put a new cartridge in, or clean again.

Normally win 7 will auto install your printer, connect your printer switch on win 7 should automatically install your printer. I only want to print in black, but one color cartridge is out of ink. How can I still print in black and white? without it?

Even though you are only printing in B/W, colour ink is still used, Why? I really don't know. Also most printers will not print if one or more cartridges needs replacing
