Unistall product completely from your pc and then goto hp.com and search drivers for your all in one and then select operating system and follow prompts. It is there, I just checked. Good luck!
Problem for HP Photosmart C6380 All-In-One InkJet
It's probably telling you it is out of ink.
The ink system can fail if the cartridges in the product are installed
incorrectly, if the ink in the cartridge is low or out, or if the
cartridges are damaged or not correctly vented.

TRY THIS
Press and Hold the "Print Photos" & "Red Eye Removal" buttons. Release both buttons. Display should say "Enter Special Key Combo"
Press and release in sequence "Red Eye Removal", "Print Photos", "Red Eye Removal"
Press and release the right arrow button until the display says "System Configuration Menu". (on C8100 use Touch Screen)
Press and release the "OK" button.
Display should say "Support". Use the Right arrow Key to look for "Reset Menu".
Press and release the "OK" button.
Press the right arrow key to look for "Partial Reset", press 'OK'
The printer will go off and will power on by itself, else wait for 20 seconds and power on the printer to complete reset

Why is my black ink not printing

document (from the computer) and select print from the menu, - In the print screen window select 'properties' Or 'Preferences' or 'Properties'- In the next window click 'maintenance'- In the next window there will be many options to clean, align, nozzle check etc... , there click 'Ink cartridge settings'.- A small windows opens, there select black only. See the image-
try printing, if it fails to print, just return the cartridge to the
shop and get a genuine branded one. (dont forget to change the 'ink
cartridge settings to normal to 'both black and color')Hope
