Your system may be overheating due to dust build up. Carefully remove the fans and remove the dust if you see a lot. You could also use a program such as CoreTemp to see your system's temperature so you can verify if heat is your problem.

if ur webcam does not work then some of the drivers of the program are corrupted or have been lost so u will have to install some new drivers or the whole program for webcams again.
