Sounds like you need a freon charge on the unit. Check filtes for air restriction as well.

it's better to put a supporting frame under these for a variety of reasons, not withstanding your neighbors sanity and well being.

Nothing is broken and you don't need to print off anything or order anything. There is simply too much water in the drainage tank.

Unscrew the spicket at the rear bottom of the units and pull out the plug. Let the water drain. It will work again immediately.

Replug. Rescrew. Enjoy.

Really not enough info to give a good answer yet... was it cooling your home good before you switched to heat? If it wasn't, then most likely your system is low on refrigerant... when it is suppose to be on, check to see that your outdoor unit is coming on, if it is on and the outside unit looks like a block of ice or starting to ice over, the defrost control board has failed and needs replaced.. hope that helps

Their a sealed system..only way is to install a piercing valve...good luck they usually always leak after that... but it won't fix the problem you need to find the leak..good luck
