I don´t know how to put games on my mp4 sylvania
When you plug your player in the computer put a folder called "GAME" on it and then find games to put on it
theres not that much games to put on it you can only put
rkp games on it so
heres a website with a few

rkp game to the folder and
safely remove it from the computer and it should show up on the player
dont put "GAMES" as the folder or it will mess up the player
that's just what i heard.

Good luck finding one. You bought the product hook line and sinker like the rest of us that did the same ebay transaction, now we are stuck with a pile o' **** that has a bundle of headaches installed. Freezing up , file errors, scripture writings on your files, unreadable files whatever can happen to this will happen. Best thing for you to do is chalk it up as a loss, save your money and buy something with a dependable brand name or one that has a service number available before you buy it....just sayin.

make sure that the song location is perfect..before copying it in to your MP4, Just play it in your computer and when it plays only copy to the player..ok though it is asking about extension...just format it once and copy the songs..it will work on...ok

Thats unfortunate but in the world of electronics it's not unusual. My suggestion would be to contact the seller and get them to replace the item or refund you.
If the seller is not helpful and you paid via paypal, then you have upto 60 days to make a claim as 'item not as dscribed' to get your money back or a replacement.

How to turn radio on
the only way to listen to the radio is to click the middle button with a key on it then unlock it and put in on manual then u HAVE to plug in your headphones tolisten to the radio. by the way can u help where to download free games for the same mp4? thanks have a great day

If u are using a 1st gen Iphone then u need to use WiFi.
if u are using 2nd gen 3G then u might also have to use WiFi but usually u dont if u do u might have a bugged Iphone.
Apple has had some problems wit there stuff but they pretty solid.
