Well the problem seems in the storage media (memory card) First of all you try changing the memory card of your player, if further you have the same problem then you need to upgrade the firmware of your player....

Mp4 touchscreen is froze what will i do?
The problem with your MP4 Touchscreen is the storage (memory card). There could be some bad sectors in the storage that's why it was not detected by the computer everytime you're plugging it.
If the device is still under the warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer and have them repair it. Aside from replacing the storage, they also need to upgrade the firmware of your device.
That should work again.
