if you can still see and detect it with your pc there may be a newer firmware update to fix this issue try and find the firmware and flashing utility from the manufacturer and see if that helps

powercycle the device by pulling the battery out then put it back in. If it won't turn on, try a known good battery then check again. If it works, battery needs replacement

Hello,
your phone software files has been corrupt and that's why it cannot get pass the logo screen. The corrupt files make your phone unable to boot.
This problem is either caused by virus, or when the unit is not shut down properly, or when the battery is suddenly removed from the unit without properly shutting it down.
These type of unit works like computer and they are sensible to any kind of error.
To solve this problem, those missing/corrupt files needs to be reinstalled. To reinstall the files, you need to take the unit to a repair shop where the files can be re-installed.

The screen not unlocking means that it is a touchscreen sensor fault. If I were you I would run to the store as fast as I can and get a replacement.

1. Set the correct date and the Mid Button is the OK the center orange.
2. Volume is only changeable in the Music or Vidoe Player
3. to calibrate just press with your stylus on the center of the box with the cross lightly ( it calibrates the sensetivitys )

You can use Itunes software or Windows media player Software.
Import all your songs in the library then you synchronise Whilst you connect the mp3 to it.
Some mp3 need to setup pc mode in the setting.(need to disable the security setting.) Or else it will stay on mp3 player mode.

the fault should be from the inside. You need to loose the device, and check the touch screen like wise the camera.
Or you take it to a tech to check the fault so that a solution can be proffered.
Also if the cost of repair is expensive, maybe you should get another Player.
