augen touch screen mp4 player & camera will turn on but never gets past start up screen with logo...can any one help??...i have already pressed the restart button, but dosent seem to help

try charging it for 2-3 hours and then try if not working after that maybe the swich is not working

There is a collaborate option to set the screen.

For the Sylvania, games must be in .rkp (Rockchip Company) format. Likely the same for other brands as well, as this is a fairly generic player. Run a search for these games in Google. There appear to be some freely available. Hope this is of some help.
