I have overfilled it and its telling me to delete

Hello,

to delete, insert the device into the computer. Once the computer has recognized and installed it, go to "My computer" and click on your player's drive (E: or F:).

Once you have access into the drive, you will find the files on it and you could possibly delete from there.

I hope you are able to decode my message.

I wish you all the best.

Wat video type

The Zen Mozaic unfortunately requires its own internal video format and you need to use the specialized 'bundled' Creative Labs software that came with your player to 'transcode' most existing existing video formats (..AVI, .MP4, .WMV) to your player.
Hope this helps!

How do you put Videos on The Creative Zen Mosaic

well, creative zen likes avi, mpg and wmv formats

the reason that your creative zen won't read the avi is because the necessary codec is missed.

you can use iorgsoft creative zen video converter to convert the video to mp4,wmv then put them to creative zen.

http://www.iorgsoft.com/Creative-Zen-Video-Converter/

if you want to put DVD onto creative Zen, fine, you can use iOrgsoft DVD to Creative Zen converter to remove the DRM(Digital Right Management) and regional restriaction from DVD, and you can also use it to convert DVD to avi, wmv or mpg for playback on creative zen.

I can figure out how to set a bookmark but I can't

A bookmark marks a point within a track, so you can return to it at a later time.

For example, if you are listening to your recording of an interview, insert a bookmark if you need to stop halfway through. When you want to continue listening from where you left off, go to this bookmark.

You can use up to 10 bookmarks at any one time.
To insert a bookmark
  1. Play the track that you want to bookmark.
  2. In the Now Playing view, while the track is playing, press options.jpg and select Set Bookmark.
  3. Select a bookmark number.
If all 10 bookmark numbers have been assigned, clear an existing bookmark. In the main menu, select Music > Bookmarks. Press options.jpg and select Clear Bookmark.
To go to a bookmark
  1. On the main menu, select Music > Bookmarks.
  2. Select the bookmark that you want.

I turn on my creative mozaic and it goes to a recovery menu.

http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=213&CatName=MP3+Players&subCatID=214&subCatName=ZEN&prodID=17897&prodName=ZEN+Mozaic

The player entered recovery mode:
Link to this item (Called: Solution ID: 64004):

It is possible that the reset pin is stuck/activated and
you pushed on the play/pause button while switching the player on.

A clean up and reboot, in this sequence, will not erase the data on the
player.
