It's not a hard work that you can have a try powerful program Leawo Tunes Cleaner. Leawo Tunes Cleaner is a professional duplicate music remover.
Step 1. Run Tunes Cleaner and Scan Duplicate Songs
After kicking off Leawo Tunes Cleaner for Windows, click the "Clean-up Duplicates" entry. The program provides 2 duplicates scanning modes: Quick Scan mode and Deep Scan mode. Select one of them to scan duplicate songs.

Step 2. Add Music Files for Duplicates Removing
You could delete duplicate songs in iTunes music library by directly clicking "Scan iTunes" button or click "Add"button to load music files for duplicates removing. Or you could directly drag music files from your local folder to the software for duplicates removing.

Step 3. Start Deleting Duplicates
After loading source music files, click the "Scan" button on the upper-right corner to start scanning duplicates. The program would display all duplicates clearly and suggest what to remove. My Zen Mozaic 8GB does not turn on.

I had the same problem, you have probably already tried this but I pressed the reset button (felt like a right plonker, but it did work) I just forgot it waas there!

This happened to me too! I found a very helpful thread online http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38949 If the advice I'm about to give doesn't work, visit that link. I am running Windows Vista. I went to Control Panel>System and Maintainence>Device Manager>View hardware and devices>Portable Devices. When I did this I saw Creative Zen Mosaic listen with an !. I right clicked, uninstalled, and unplugged my Mosaic. I then plugged it back in and my computer automatically started in re-install. You may have to do it manually by clicking on a baloon that pops up when new device is inserted or something of that nature but this is what worked for me.

Just go to creative web site to get the latest software so you can transfer your video.

When i insert the usb for my zen mozaic 8gb it says please insert a disk on drive g

Hm... Well, you could get the drive. Some MP3s need them to put music and other things on it. Oh well... I accidentally threw mine away for my GoGear VIBE, but there was a total loop-hole.

The headphones maybe faulty. try a different set of headphones.

Zen mozaic has frozen and now it won't even turn

Did you try the reset button on lower left side of player? I use a twist tie and cut paper or plastic off tip to press button.

How can i turn on my zen

The reset button cap on the lower left side of the unit may be jammed, causing the reset switch it activates to be come stuck.

This will put the unit into a loop in which it continually restarts.

You'll never see any sign of life if this occurs.

Be sure you see the "RESET" stencil or that may not be the reset button.

I've seen people poke paper clips their devices' microphone or speaker openings!

Be very careful when pushing the reset so that the button cap goes straight down.

If yours is stuck, unstick it, then it should come on if the battery is charged.

Then be sure to give it a FULL charge before using it, because while the button was stuck, power was being consumed.

Be sure to remove the rubber boot / skin before trying to reset the unit.
