Check ur sms settings..look for the option called 'Message center number' if this centre number is accidently changed or replaced.. thn mobile cant send any msgs to ur service provider server..
Try this:
switch off ur phone.. take ur battery and sim card out from the mobile.. reinstall ur sim card and battery and swicht it on again..

thn try messaging.. if problem persist thn talk to your customer care fo your service provider to give u that unique message centre no. through which mobile send msgs.. :-)

The charging port of your phone should be the cause of the problem. It's either the charger is not contacting the charging port well enough or the charging port might be defective and needs to be replaced.

In order to send and receive picture messages you need to have MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) enabled on your cellphone by your service provider.

Please contact your service provider and have them send out the MMS settings to you.
They will send it to you in the form of a text message and you will need to open the same and save it.

2.if still not working it because your Power Amplifier Chip need to be replaced.

Just follow the steps
Take a full backup.

First Try it:
You may try default phone and security code to remove it
Default phones codes is 12345 or 00000 you can use it

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
If
Soft reset( factory setting)

On Sybmian phones:
*#7780# - Restore factory settings
*#7370# - Reformat your phone (back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!)

Hard reset
Back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!

Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold three keys at a time;it is called "3 finger reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you see formatting.

If you dont understand, again follow the step.
You will use three finger for pres three keys ."green phone"+ "3" +star( *) and pres the power on switch.

All switch will be pressed at a time.

Try removing the battery and sim card. Clean the edge sim card and sim card holder with the dry cloth and assemble it again. It might help you.

As the mobile is wet the circuit board inside the mobile will be fully wet. Due to this the connections between the circuits get connected (short circuited) and the mobile may behave in such a manner that it should not behave. NEVER put the wet mobile in charger even though it is dry and working properly. There may be water logs present in the mobile circuit which may be dangerous to the person who is using the mobile. It may lead to electric shock.

Take the mobile to the authorized dealer of your make and they will remove the water log from the mobile circuit board and it will be fine .I recommend you not to do this by yourself.
