Settings->Call->All Calls->Show my number-> "By network" has to be set for making calls If HIDE is set it will throw "service not allowed" when making calls!!

How to connnect to pc
Hi there USE USB data cable for connection. Connect the phone with this USB cable and other end should be in PC. Then go in phone setting and select the connectivity mode as USB. once you done the PC detect the phone. Thanks

Puk code
UK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
