You might have to go under you cellphone's settings and see if there is a tab for call settings. Maybe you'll find what you're looking for in there.

Usually you have to go in Phone Settings or something. Then you got to Display Settings or something similar to that. Then see if there is an option for the backlight. Usually you'll find the option for that under the Display Settings tab that your phone has whatever phone you have.
