HI there,
Have you tried updating your Graphics Card driver and install all necessary updates to make the graphics processor work in optimum performance. Download any update/patch for pinnacle too, test it and see if it makes any difference.
Keep me posted. Hope this helps.
I am having a problem
Hi there,
What hardware are you using to capture videos?
Have you checked the hardware if it's working properly. Have you tried lowering some settings for the pinnacle studio as the GPU of your video card could be going bad and it's not able to keep up with the settings that you have for the software.
Hope this helps!
I'm using Studio HD v14
1. the software and the device is not compatible with the Windows 7 64 bit system\

The audio does not work
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling

Compatible windows 7
Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is
for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like
you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from
other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before
installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use
"troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program
installer first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will
allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run.
Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))
